Our products are digital courses delivered online. Access typically begins immediately after purchase, which means traditional returns do not apply. We handle refunds transparently to protect learners and instructors.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and you have not consumed a substantial portion of the course (for example, not more than 20% of core modules or downloadable assets). Access to certificates or project files may render the purchase non-refundable.

How to Request

To start a refund request, contact help@vlozaringharvon.world with your order details, purchase date, and reason for the request. We review each request in good faith and respond within 5 business days.

Outcomes

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. If a request is denied, we will explain the reason and may suggest course support instead.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of account access to prevent misuse while the investigation is in progress.

Promotions and Bundles

Refunds for discounted bundles are calculated based on the promotional price paid. Individual course refunds from a bundle may reduce or void discounts on remaining items.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing content, we will work to resolve them quickly. We may extend access time or provide a refund when the issue cannot be reasonably fixed.
